SHIPPING

The vast majority of shipping times with in Australia will be less than 7 working days, however please allow up to 14 working days. International orders need to allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Melanie Miles trades under the ABN of registered business Hybrid Expression. All payments are made through PAYPAL. We do not take any of your credit card details. All payments are taken in Australian Dollars (AUS$), and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank. 

PERSONAL DATA

Personal data received during the order process is used for the purposes of fulfilling orders. Customers will be added to our mailing list and may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by following the unsubscribe link from our emails.

RETURNS

We do hope that you are very happy with what you receive. If you are not then please get in touch with us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. (Please note, you will have to pay for the return postage.) 

If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away. Alternatively please photograph the damaged package, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.

Due to the nature of items, returns, refunds and/or exchanges shall only be made on a case-by-case basis strictly at the discretion of Melanie Miles.

If you wish to cancel your order before we ship it out, please contact us via email to find out if it has already been sent. If it hasn’t, we will be more than happy to refund your money.
